Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Aiaxovio’s website, dashboard, and API (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aiaxovio provides a subscription-based AI Automation API and dashboard that allows customers to connect their website and third-party applications to run automated workflows. Access is self-serve: you select a plan, and Aiaxovio provisions you a dedicated API endpoint / webhook, which you configure and embed within your own website or systems.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting support.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications, violate third-party terms of the apps you connect, exceed your plan’s rate limits intentionally, or share your assigned API key/endpoint outside the scope of your own account and configured workflows. 4. API Keys & Security

Each subscription includes a unique API key / webhook endpoint issued to you. You are responsible for keeping this key confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated via email or our support channel.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiaxovio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abusive API usage or non-payment.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
