Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes how the Aiaxovio API and dashboard may and may not be used. It applies to all subscription plans.

1. Permitted Use

Each subscriber receives one or more dedicated API endpoints / webhook keys, tied to their account, for use within their own website or systems as part of their subscription. The Service may be used to automate legitimate business workflows, such as routing leads, syncing data between your own connected tools, sending transactional communications, and managing scheduling.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or unsolicited marketing messages
• Automate activity that violates the terms of service of any connected third-party application
• Collect or process personal data without a lawful basis or proper consent
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scopes, or authentication controls
• Publicly share, publish, or knowingly allow unauthorized third parties to use your assigned API key or webhook endpoint outside the workflows you’ve configured for your own account
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

3. Rate Limits

Each plan has defined request and automation-run limits, documented in our API documentation. Repeated attempts to exceed these limits may result in throttling or suspension.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion, depending on severity.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe an Aiaxovio account is being used to violate this policy, please report it via our Contact page or by emailing info@aiaxovio.com.
